Plenty of space, cross ventilation and clean shared bathrooms with hot water — an easy, affordable option for friends, college groups and corporate offsites.

Included with every stay:

• All four meals — breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner
• Free activities — rope course, mud volleyball, bonfire, nature and estate walks, bird watching
• Access to the common living and dining spaces

Sleeps up to 11 guests. Riverfront rides (kayaking, coracle, motor boat, banana and bumper rides) are charged per ride on the day.
